The resulting document is a 'belge' (document) under Turkish Code of Civil Procedure / HMK art. 199, and constitutes 'yazılı delil başlangıcı' (beginning of written evidence) under HMK art. 202. Consequently an Akitle document is takdiri delil (discretionary evidence) — not kesin senet (conclusive deed) under HMK art. 205/2 — but a strong starting point of evidence.
