Delivery and Refund Terms

1. Service type: digital product

Akitle only sells digital products (contract packages). There is no physical shipment, packaging, or courier process; accordingly, this page governs the electronic delivery of contract packages purchased on Akitle and the refund of amounts paid.

2. Delivery window

Once payment is authorised by iyzico, the purchased contract package and its contract rights are automatically added to your Akitle account typically within 1 (one) minute and at the latest within 24 (twenty-four) hours.

At the moment the contract package is added to your account, an order confirmation / electronic receipt is sent to your registered email address. The email includes the order ID, the number of contract rights included in the purchased package, the VAT-inclusive total, and the iyzico transaction ID.

3. Undelivered contract package

If, due to exceptional technical disruption, the contract package is not added to your account within the 24-hour window above, the order is treated as not completed even if payment was captured. In that case Akitle refunds the full amount via iyzico without requiring a request.

If we identify the issue ourselves we will contact you by email; if you identify it first, it is sufficient to email support@akitle.com with your order ID.

4. Refunds for unused contract rights (14-day withdrawal)

Pursuant to art. 9 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, you may exercise your right of withdrawal for contract rights in a purchased package that have not yet been used to generate any share link, within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase, without giving any reason.

To request withdrawal, send a written notice to support@akitle.com including your order ID and the number of unused contract rights for which you want a refund. Akitle will refund the full amount via your original payment method (same card or bank account) within 14 days of receipt of the notice.

5. Refunds for used contract rights

Under art. 15/1-(ğ) of the Regulation, contract rights that have been performed on Akitle by generating a share link are not subject to the right of withdrawal. A contract right is deemed performed at the moment the share link is generated.

Notwithstanding, refunds are available for used contract rights in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges: if the same order was charged twice, the excess is refunded immediately.
  • Incorrect purchase: for accidental wrong- package clicks or wrong-card usage, the used-contract-right count is deducted and the remaining balance is refunded.
  • Payment-processor errors: where an iyzico-side mis-charge is confirmed, a refund is issued.

The application window for the above is 14 days from the order date.

6. Refund timing

All approved refunds are initiated through iyzico on the same payment method (credit/debit card). The refund request from Akitle to iyzico is processed immediately; however, the time for the amount to appear on your card statement depends on your card provider and can range from 2 to 10 business days. This window is the responsibility of the issuing bank or card provider, not Akitle.

7. Account closure and balance

When closing your account, the unused contract-rights balance in your account cannot be refunded independently of the 14-day withdrawal window above. Unused contract rights remain valid for as long as the account is active (no expiry date); on account closure the balance is forfeited without refund.

We therefore recommend that, if you are within the withdrawal window, you submit refund requests for any unused contract rights before closing the account.
