SELLER:Akitle ("Akitle", "Seller"), the software provider operating the rental contract preparation, sharing, and signing service at akitle.com.

BUYER:The natural or legal person purchasing a contract package through Akitle ("Buyer", "User"), identified by the name, email, and billing information supplied at order time.
2. Subject of the agreement
This agreement governs the sale and delivery of the digital contract packages the Buyer orders electronically through akitle.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. Product / service information
Akitle is a SaaS sold as contract packages(prepaid digital service packages with a defined capacity). The product sold is a digital contract packageadded to the Buyer's Akitle account and the contract rights it contains. Each contract right is the usage unit consumed when a share link for a rental contract is generated.
Before checkout the order screen displays the number of contract rights included in the package, VAT-inclusive total, and amount in Turkish Lira (TRY). The Buyer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted both this information and this agreement before clicking the purchase button.
Contract packages and the contract rights they contain do not carry an expiry date, and no subscription is required.
4. Total price and payment
The on-screen VAT-inclusive total is the amount charged at the moment of purchase. No additional taxes, commissions, or hidden fees apply.
Payment is processed by iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. on PCI-DSS-certified infrastructure. Akitle does not see, store, or process card details; it records only the transaction outcome (success/failure) and the iyzico-issued transaction ID.
Where a payment fails for reasons attributable to the Buyer's bank or card provider, no contract package is issued; any successfully captured funds are refunded through iyzico.
5. Delivery
The contract package and the contract rights it contains are delivered electronically to the Buyer's Akitle account within 1 (one) minute of the payment being authorised. There is no physical delivery and accordingly no shipping or carrier fee.
In exceptional technical disruption the delivery window shall not exceed 24 hours; failing delivery within that window the Buyer may request a full refund (see Delivery and Refund Terms).
6. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer is, as a general rule, entitled to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery, without giving any reason or incurring any penalty (Regulation on Distance Contracts, art. 9).
Exclusions. Under art. 15/1-(ğ) of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts covering intangible goods delivered instantly in electronic form and performed instantly to the consumer — including contract rights that have already been consumed by generating a share link. On Akitle, a contract right is deemed performed at the moment the share link is generated.
Accordingly, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of contract rights in the package that have been purchased but not yet used for any share link, by sending a written notice to support@akitle.com within 14 days of purchase. No refund is given for contract rights that have already been used.
7. Withdrawal notice and refund procedure
The withdrawal notice must include the order ID and the number of unused contract rights subject to the refund request. Akitle will refund the full amount to the Buyer's original payment method (same card / same bank account) within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of a valid notice.
Akitle is not liable for refund delays attributable to the Buyer's bank or card provider; refunds initiated through iyzico can take 2–10 business days to appear on the Buyer's card statement.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
The first point of contact for complaints and service requests is support@akitle.com. Akitle commits to respond to enquiries within 7 (seven) business days.
For disputes arising out of this agreement, and within the monetary thresholds published annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, the Buyer may apply to the District/Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committee for the place of purchase or of the Buyer's residence, or to the Consumer Courts. Above the monetary threshold the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
9. Personal data protection
Personal data processed by Akitle in connection with the order (name, email, billing address, IP address, order history) is processed in accordance with our KVKK Disclosure and Privacy Policy. Card details are never transmitted to Akitle; payment data is processed solely by iyzico.
10. Entry into force
This agreement is formed when the Buyer electronically confirms it and takes effect upon completion of the order. Akitle attaches a copy of the agreement to the order-confirmation email and makes it accessible from the Buyer's account history.
This agreement and the entire relationship between Akitle and the Buyer are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
